Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work, by where you subscribed.

This is a baseline policy. Confirm your refund window and have legal counsel review it before launch.

Web purchases (Stripe)

You can cancel anytime from your Account page; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. To request a refund, contact Support within [N] days of a charge.

In-app purchases (Apple / Google)

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, that store processes the payment and handles refunds under its own policy — we can't issue those refunds directly. Request them through Apple or Google Play, and manage or cancel the subscription in your device settings.
